Background
I graduated in Aeronautical Engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid with an intensification in spacecrafts, having the opportunity to study space sciences applied to engineering problems with great personalities in the field like Pedro Duque (first Spanish ESA astronaut) and Dra. Ana Laverón (E-USOC and HRE Science Data Center Director) among others.
After graduating, I worked for a private company in the field of Remotely Piloted Aerial Systems for almost 6 years where I developed skills as a mechanical engineer at the beginning and as project manager towards the end of my period working in the private sector. This experience made possible for me to travel to countries with very different cultures, allowing me to be part of teams with a wide range of specific needs.
My passion for Astrophysics and Space Sciences, led me to the AMIGA group where they are deeply involved in the coordination and management of the Spanish participation in the Square Kilometre Array. At the moment, I am part of the team committed to these management and coordination tasks with the main purpose of making SKA a reality.
